Adore Bodywork – Policies & Terms
By scheduling a session with Adore Bodywork, you agree to the following guidelines. These policies help us maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for every client and therapist.
Waiting Area Courtesy Policy
To maintain a calm and welcoming environment for all guests, please silence cell phones, keep conversations low, and use headphones for any music or media. Thank you for helping us preserve the relaxing atmosphere.
1. Appointments
All sessions are by appointment only; we do not accept walk-ins. A valid credit or debit card may be required to hold your appointment. Please arrive early for your appointment and enjoy a complimentary beverage in our waiting area. Late arrivals may shorten your session to avoid impacting other clients.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Missed appointments, or “no-shows,” will be charged the full service amount and may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Refunds
All sales are final, and completed services are non-refundable. If you have concerns during your session, please let your therapist know right away so adjustments can be made. Prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Health & Safety
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, recent injuries, allergies, or illnesses prior to your session. We reserve the right to refuse service if there are health or safety concerns. If you are showing symptoms of a contagious illness, we will ask you to reschedule.
5. Professional Boundaries
Sexual behavior, innuendo, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Any inappropriate comments, gestures, or actions will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment, and may be reported to the authorities. Services at Adore Bodywork are strictly professional and therapeutic.
6. Scope of Practice
Our therapists do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or mental health care.
7. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal information is always kept strictly confidential. Information will only be shared with your written consent or if required by law.
